Jean Llamas, MSN, RN, CCM, ACM-RN, CDG, NCG, BCPA, is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience spanning bedside nursing, care management, and healthcare leadership.
She is the President of Care Navigators, Inc.
and Care Guardians, NFP, and most recently became CEO of Elderwerks Educational Services
—a nonprofit dedicated to supporting seniors with care, housing, and benefits guidance.
Jean’s background includes clinical roles in medical-surgical, cardiac, oncology, and addiction recovery, as well as leadership in utilization review, insurance case management, and patient advocacy. Her certifications and credentials reflect a deep commitment to ethical, patient first care.
